Welcome to deei11 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User," "Player," "you," or "your") and deei11, governing your access to and use of our online gaming platform, services, and related features available at https://deei11.cam and all associated subdomains.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. deei11 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or attempts to circumvent this restriction are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed as authorized by you. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
As part of our regulatory compliance and security protocols, deei11 requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You must provide clear, legible copies of the following documents:
We reserve the right to request additional documentation at our discretion. Verification typically completes within 24-48 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of first deposit may be suspended.
deei11 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, OCBC NISP, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata. We also accept e-wallet payments through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet payments. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified Accounts. Deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to your Account within seconds. In rare cases of technical issues or banking delays, deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your Balance.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (from family members, friends, or business associates) are strictly prohibited and will result in confiscation of funds and Account closure. deei11 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider for deposit transactions.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. First-time withdrawals may require additional security verification and documentation review, which can extend processing time by 12-24 hours.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) typically process within 2-6 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) typically process within 1-3 hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You must withdraw funds to the same payment method used for deposit unless circumstances prevent this, in which case alternative arrangements may be made with our support team. Anti-money laundering regulations require that you wager deposited funds at least one time (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Funds obtained through bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements as detailed in the applicable bonus terms.
deei11 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at our discretion, particularly for large amounts or suspicious activity patterns. We may request video verification, additional identity documents, or proof of funds source. Withdrawals may be declined or delayed if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
deei11 may offer various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 20x to 35x the bonus amount before withdrawal becomes available.
Wagering contribution rates vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Maximum bet limits apply while bonus funds are active, typically Rp 50,000 per bet. Exceeding the maximum bet may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonuses through fraudulent means including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts, collusion with other players, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other behavior deemed unfair or abusive will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, confiscation of winnings, and permanent Account closure. deei11's decision regarding bonus abuse is final and binding.

Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your Account, deposit funds, or place bets. In the event of technical malfunctions, disconnections, or software errors, deei11 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Any disputes regarding game outcomes will be resolved based on our server records, which are considered the authoritative source. Player screenshots or local device records are not accepted as evidence in dispute resolution.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, deei11 and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any other intangible losses.
deei11 is not responsible for: technical failures, internet connection issues, force majeure events, actions of third-party payment processors, regulatory changes, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the claim.
deei11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for Account closure may include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged Account inactivity (12 months or more), or any behavior deemed harmful to the Platform or other players.
Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance (excluding bonus funds and funds obtained through fraudulent means) will be returned to you following successful identity verification. Suspended or closed Accounts cannot be reopened under any circumstances.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and applicable Indonesian law to the extent not in conflict with online gaming activities. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through our internal customer support and complaints process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against deei11.
